I'm on Day 14 of Maven Project 19, and I couldn't recommend it any more highly! Do it, it is fabulous!!!
I was very impressed with the care and attention I received at the Maven Center. Everyone I worked with had superior knowledge in the areas of training and physical therapy, but moreso had a deep caring nature that shows not only do they love their jobs, they clearly love their customers and patients. If you're looking to make meaningful, long term change in your life in terms of your health and wellness, you could not go wrong here.
Intensity and hard work is what you'll find here....you truly feel transformed after each workout. The open Saturday workouts is a good way to get idea of what you are in for. Trust me... it will make you want to go back for more. Thanks Maven!
