I saw a few complaints online, but I gave them a chance and I’m glad I did. The guys were polite, professional, and finished faster than expected. They didn’t try to upsell me, just did a thorough job. I’d recommend them without hesitation
SCAM! Beware!! I’m located in Richmond, VA and hired them to clean my entire system. After they left my system wouldn’t turn on. I called the actual service line so it was DEFINITELY someone that works for them that came to my house. I was texting with their line directly for weeks setting up the appointment. I demand a refund and will be filing a complaint with the BBB. I was skeptical about getting the duct work done, I never had it done before. I want to let you know that I'm very happy with the cleaning today. Both technicians were very professional and easy to talk to. They did not try to upsell me unnecessary items. I was quoted a price & paid nothing more. I definitely recommend their service and plan on making this a yearly event.
