My husband only shops at Maus Jewelers. Last year he purchased a bracelet. One diamond fell out. They replaced it free of charge under the warranty. But then 6 months later another fell out. I took the bracelet back to have another Diamond put in. But instead they offered a replacement! They said the setting for the diamonds would continue to cause issues and they no longer sell that style. I am in shock. I love, love the replacement they offered! Thank you Maus Jewelers! You guys are awesome

Maus Jewelers has been my go-to for probably more than 10 years now, since I (sadly) left the business. There is not a more honest man out there than Ray Maus. He worked with me a few years back to custom make some pieces for my brother and sister-in-law and they were perfect. Kathy is great fun to work with! And his goldsmith, Justin? He is awesome...just awesome! No better place in the area for quality and service, that's for sure!
