I went in for my complimentary oil change and tire rotation. In addition, they replaced the puddle lights on my 2021 TLX Advanced a second time, as it appears to be a common issue with this vehicle. My service representative was great as always. The waiting area was full with little social distancing.The service is very good as always. I just wish they would refresh and update the waiting area.
Have owned 4 Acuras over the yrs, all serviced by Ferman Acura on Florida Ave. I loved Furman, love my Acura's. But... Since Maus took over, hate going there. Hate it. Maus has NO clue what Customer Service is. Robert my service advisor is great, no complaints with him, but... Haven't been in one time Not Once since Maus took over that they haven't 'found' multiple other expensive things 'wrong'with my car. Went in yesterday for a simple oil change and a detail - and they find $3,000+ work that I 'need'. When Ferman owned it... read more
