Clean, clinic staff and doctor are ok. Office staff - not so much. Not friendly and probably hate their job
There were 2 young girls too busy with their cell phones to worry about me and the questions I had ,and it was not necessary for the one one reading back my information to read it back so loud that the people across at McDonald's could have heard, it that right there not a hippa violation? Even now everyone in that waiting room now heard and knows personal and confidential information,
I saw this Dr for 5 minutes. He was rude dismissive and asked me why am I even here. My ortho dr referred me and I could not believe a person like this practices medicine. I was shocked how he acted. Please see another Dr if you really want solutions.
My mother had an appointment at Maury Regional Pain Clinic last week.We were greeted with the biggest brightest smile from Tosha. She provided exceptional care during my mother's appointment. It can be very difficult taking elderly parents to appointments but Tosha made it so much easier. We personally wanted to say Thank you!
