Unlike every other agent in a 100 mile radius, he actually calls you back quickly or picks up the phone when you call. He knows his area of expertise as well as anyone else in the area, and his knowledge alone makes him worth his weight in gold when considering a real estate investment or home purchase. If you dont use John as your agent, then you are an idiot.
