Kindness wins. I took my toddlers to melrose and of course one ended up needing a potty. Every other place turned us away, but Mauro cafe was kind and let us in. They didn’t demand we buy anything either. We ended up staying for lunch and had a great time with the crayons the server gave them. One of my toddlers has ASD as well and had a mini meltdown but the server was still super nice and accommodating to help calm her down. We had lunch at this really lovely café with a beautiful outdoor terrace. Everything was delicious — fresh ingredients, amazing flavors, and great quality overall. The owner, Evelyn, was incredibly kind. She shared her story with us and even offered us a dessert. I would recommend this restaurant 100 times over!
10/10 love this place my friend and I walked by and fell in love!! All the food is fresh and the service is great
