Drop my car at 10:00 AM. Chris the manager said we will check the car and give a call. 4:30 PM I called to check on the status. Chris said we are still checking I will call back. 7:15 PM drove by the shop it was closed. Called the shop answering service can not get hold of any one. Left a message for the owner to call back. Have to be at work at 7:00 AM. 8:30 PM still no response. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
Great Service! I took my sons truck to Maurice's for an oil change today. He had bought it used and I had never been underneath the vehicle before. Maurice found a plate on the side of the transmission that was leaking fluid. That really concerned me knowing how expensive it is to fix anything on a transmission.. Maurice showed me that some of the bolts had loosened.. He tightened them up and fixed the leak for no charge. He added transmission fluid and filled up the wiper reservoir too.. Tow truck told me they will check dor me and give me a price before anything and if i didnt like the price they will tow the car free to where ever i want anyways crankshaft pulley was bad they charge me $390 on a 93 honda accord to replace just the crankshaft pulley or i had to pay 75 to get it out since they did a diagnostic. Big scammer and over price everything
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVERYTIME!! I had an accident on the day before Thanksgiving, 2013. It is now 2-21-14, and my car is still NOT fixed!! We were lied to, and made excuses to over and over again by Nick and Katie!! When they said it was ready to be picked up, they had not even noticed that my rear bumper was also damaged in the wreck! I was in the shop only to have parts replaced at random. I'm out of a substantial amount of cash and time, and I still need my vehicle repaired. Don't play into their business model!
My cars brakes were squeaking so I took it to be fixed. Prior to my brakes squeaking my car drivers side door was side swiped :( anyways when I got to Maurice's they also had a body repair shop too. I got my brakes done and had my car back so fast a week later and went back and had my door fixed. Very satisfied with the work. They even loaned me car while mine was being worked on.
Professionally trained technicians supervised by the owners. They have consistently beat the dealers price. They can usually provide a ride while the car is in the shop. The repair shop will handle all mechanical issues and you can have all body repairs done @ the same location @ Maurice"s body shop. They can handle any insurance company claim and are AAA approved.
