My wife bought a pair of pants and needed to return them . The young lady at the register didn’t have a clue on how to look up the transaction. Basically told us we owned to come back when a higher level management was there. This is our 3 trip here in 3 weeks , we live 45 mins away. Do y'all not train your staff before leaving them in your stores alone ? I felt like she should have called someone to help her instead of blowing us off. We will not be returning to this store.
I needed a pair of jeans in emergency. I don’t live in this area. All but 1 of the women in this store were no help at all. I was not greeted or acknowledge when we entered. I don’t recommend this Maurices to anyone that may need assistance
Beautiful clothes but, unfortunately the small sizes go quick. 😐
Great selection of plus sized clothing.
My feelings about the store is it has transitioned from a women's only store where women of all shapes and sizes could shop! Now its a shop catering to smaller women and children! Plus size women section reduced to dam near nothing! For some reason retail thinks plus size women don't like looking fashionable!Got news for you i have not shopped in maurices in at least 2 years for this reason! It went from a boutique style to a what??? This is the Brenham,Tx location!
