I have been going to Dr. Henein for years. He is an excellent physician. If there is one problem, it is calling his office. It is a nightmare listening to all the options. Still, Dr. Henein exemplifies what a family physician is: down to earth, listens to his patients, is not in an hurry to see the next patient, follows through and knows his referrals. What’s more, he communicates well. He has my utmost recommendation.
He was very kind and not standoffish. He was very helpful and I would definitely recommend him.
I was seeking a new PCP to renew my migraine rx and also to refer me to a therapist to discuss some issues I was having. I sobbed while I explained to him what was going on and he seemed very uncomfortable and stand-offish. He said he would give my information to one of their therapists and that they'd be in contact. NO ONE EVER CALLED. I had to find my own therapist and I, luckily, found a great one! If I'm not mistaken, his wife is a therapist, making this inexcusable in my opinion.
