Doctor Simon was personable, a good listener, and efficient. Office areas were all spotless and there was no clutter anywhere at all which is very on common for a busy medical office which is very telling that they emphasize cleanliness and organization. How you do anything is how you do everything. Staff all seemed sincerely friendly and not just putting on an act.
This was my first visit with Dr. Miller who I found very nice and professional. He covered all of my upcoming procedures and explained them all very well.
Clear, detailed instructions before the procedure; efficient, on-time check-in and process during the procedure; and, finally, a clear medical summary after the procedure.
