RecommendedThank you to Maurer Well and Pump Service!!! My Well pump died last night. I called them at 9am this morning and had a new pump and was back up and running by 10:30am. Now that was fast service!!! Matt Waltz was a class act!!!

Absolutely horrible customer service from the owner of all people! Called on a Friday, Matt called back but we missed his call, tried calling back 7 minutes later no answer. Matt came out Monday and checked out the problem and gave us an estimate but wasn't able to set up the repair until that Friday. Friday comes along and he tells us the owner wants to wait until Monday. We have no running water this whole time mind you. Matt the guy that came out was awesome. Such a nice guy. Holiday weekend and still got us our water going again. I would definitely recommend them for any of your well needs.

Quick, friendly and fantastic service. We discovered at 2am we had no water. I placed a call to Maurer at 7am and Chris said he would have someone call me. By 8:30 Matt called and stated they would be there by lunch time. As promised they were here at 11 and job finished by 1. It is raining buckets today and not one complaint about the weather. Great work guys. Thank you!
