My experience has been very positive, no wait. Front desk staff is very nice and Dr. Quinnlin is amazing!
First visit today and very happy with Dr Quinlan and staff
The staff was very nice. However I didn't receive any help after waiting 2 months for my appointment. They Don't offer any of the services that you need at this facility like, x-rays, foot inserts , ect. ONLY INFORMATION which you can get from WebMD. WHAT I NEEXED WAS TREATMENT AND I DID NOT RECEIVE IT. THIS FACILITY SHOULD NOT EXIST A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!
Rude staff and dr zero bedside manner attitude from Hell
One of the worst experiences ever! Patient care begins with front desk staff. The receptionist Christina (Highland location) claimed to call the number on my insurance card to verify my benefits and was told that my coverage would not include specialist visits or podiatry care and I would need to cover the entire cost. This struck me as odd since I’ve been to this facility and used my benefits before so I asked for reconfirmation.
