**BE AWARE** This medical facility sent a bill over a year after the visit and then demanded payment within two weeks, threatening late fees. That is completely unreasonable. I called multiple times to ask for clarification on the charges. The receptionist said they cannot give the email address or phone number from billing person but will request billing person to contact me, but I NEVER received a response. I went in on August 11 for a routine women’s wellness exam, with additional testing for an infection I’ve had recurrently. The doctor told me I would get my Pap results in about 3 days and infection results within a week. After a full week, I had received nothing. I called the office and no one answered. I arrived on-time for a 3:30 appt. After waiting for 45mins, I was told I cannot have an annual physical because I'm on my period as they can't do pap smear. (I had many annual physicals in the past, this is the first time I'm getting denied because I'm on my period).
