I cannot say enough about Maureen. Not only is she thorough in her work, but she is also kind, patient, empathetic, and understanding. I have never felt judged by her and she is truly an incredible person.
I've been seeing Dr. Norman for 25 years. That's all you need to know to show how I feel about her! She's caring, thoughtful, is really good about explaining things, and spends as much time with me as I need. Her office responds quickly to set up referrals.
I felt comfortable at this office. Dr.Norman was caring and listened to my concerns. I was referred to a specialist and received a call to schedule an appt that same day.
I just love dr. Norman, she listens and is very caring! She has left the practice and no one seems to know where she has gone to, also her staff is no longer there. I hope she comes back, she's awesome!
In my 8 years of receiving medical care from her office, I have NEVER met her, not even at my initial appointment. Her office assistants are pretty good, but seem green. Yana R. was the best!
