Maureen Monteleone is a very rude provider who should not be working in this field. I came to BHS Urgent Care because I was in fear of having a heart attack (chest pains, discomfort, etc.). EKG came back fine, so she ran no further tests and asked no further questions, simply told me I have anxiety and sent me on my way. I have never felt so dismissed and condescended to by a provider. It ended up being a gastrointestinal issue. If Maureen is your provider when you check in, promptly go to another clinic!!!
Obviously, I would’ve given Maureen montelone a negative 3 stars. My child was seen Wednesday the 25th of September. She had a severe cough, shortness of breath, sore joints, fatigue, low o2 and high heart rate with exertion and talking. She was tested for Covid and strep. My child tested positive for strep but her cough and shortness of breath wasn’t addressed. Returned to the urgent care and saw Maureen montleone.
