The reviews that I've read here seem made up--even the negative ones. At any rate, here's mine: I'd been a good customer of this office for the previous 17 years. However, earlier this year, I got a huge rate increase which seemed a little too high. And to top it off, I was treated rudely by Jessie, in spite of my having been a good customer of this agency for years (as has a relative of mine.) Jessie was absolutely the best! She helped us get a good deal for Auto + Rental Insurance. Plus I love the fact that they have a digital device now that you can use to get discount based on how good of a driver you are. Highly recommend Jessie! :)
