I want you to know that this company has been a plus for me. Maureen LaRose Barber is the boss and has an incredibly friendly, able and well trained staff that has always “been there” for me. The reviews that I've read here seem made up--even the negative ones. At any rate, here's mine: I'd been a good customer of this office for the previous 17 years. However, earlier this year, I got a huge rate increase which seemed a little too high. And to top it off, I was treated rudely by Jessie, in spite of my having been a good customer of this agency for years (as has a relative of mine.)
