On Saturday a piece of tooth under an old crown came out. I called Dr. O’Flanagan because she had been recommended to me by someone in the dental community. Even tho I was not one of her patients, she agreed to see me, and put in a temporary filling. This was an outcome of her commitment to traditional medical values. Very impressive. The doctor is really good…Bonnie , the biller, is the rudest person I have ever met and she threw a tantrum in front of the hygienist like a 5 year old at my first cleaning this year. I had this addressed with the doctor and told her this behavior is not appropriate or acceptable. Even my insurance company told me that I’m being ripped off for the cleaning and charges. I recently changed dentist and found Dr. Maureen O’Flanagan. From my first visit, Dr. O’Flanagan listened to what I wanted and helped enhance my smile beautifully. The office is welcoming, clean and appointments run on time. The staff is friendly and professional. They accept my insurance which made the process even easier. I’m happy I found this dentist. Highly recommend!
It really pains me to write this but I feel it’s the right thing to do. This was the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. I called the office to tell them that I cracked a crown and they asked me to come in that day. I did as requested. I explained that the back of my crown came off, I could feel roughness with my tongue and I had sensitivity. Dr O’Flanagan told me that my teeth just needed a cleaning.
