Expensive and poorly accessible practice. Have to wait for long periods to communicate. There is no individualized care and the prices of everything is higher than at Penn, RMA. Wasting money, suffering, and time here is one of my biggest regrets.
Dr Kelly and her staff are amazing, they are always there to answers your questions and concerns. The wait is very minimal 10-15mn top. I recommended her to my family and friends and they had an exceptional experience.
Dr. Kelly and her staff have been amazing through my entire process. Beth is an awesome nurse who always answers my emails and phone calls promptly and takes time to explain anything I'm confused about. Dr. Kelly makes me feel calm during big procedures like my egg retrieval. And when I was having some unpleasant side effects from an antibiotic they prescribed, she personally called me back within minutes on a weekend to follow up on my discomfort, get me relief, and check back in with how I was doing. Dr. Kelly and her staff couldn't be more helpful. Dr. Kelly takes the time to answer any questions you may have. Her tests are all necessary in the fertility world and the team worked with me so that I could afford treatment from start to finish. She really is a great doctor and has amazing staff.
Her clinic asked me to do unnecessary and expensive Gene test, which costs me $3880. I went there to find out why I could not get pregnant after 6 months trial and I do not have family history of those rare birth defect disease. I think the doctor may get money from the gene test lab.
