They are the worse don’t ever use them. They broke our hot tub beyond repair then tried to lie about it lucky we have pictures and receipts. The repairman was yelling at me because he didn’t know how to fix anything. They send bills for repairs not done when they actually tore up the insides of the brain beyond repair. Not impressed with the customer service and charges did not come even close to the estimate. Would not recommend!
Terrible customer service. Didn’t call us to let us know they were coming out and missed them. Then we took time off of work to meet them and we had to call them to get told they weren’t gonna be able to make it that day after already taking time off and then when we tried to reschedule the boss was very rude and hung up on me. Would not recommend to anyone!

They invest in the community in consistent and meaningful ways and the owners and employees are valued members of our Gorge family. I highly recommend using Maupin's for all your spa and fireplace needs.
Well the first thing would be to have their stoves they sell installed correctly but I had to find that out the hard way. Second it would be nice if they called their customers back. I ordered a simple part for my wood fireplace....over a month later nothing. I called them back and and they are still making excuses for the part that I assume was never ordered. I like to do business locally but this is pathetic.
We had our new woodstove installed today and we couldn't be happier! Brian in the showroom was friendly, knowledgeable and quickly responded to questions and revisions on our quote. After our new woodstove was ordered and received, Corey came out today to install it. Corey was also friendly, professional, respectful of our space as he performed the installation, and our dogs loved him (I mean, our dogs bark at everyone and they loved Corey!
