I have been a customer for 5 years. I used Maumelle Mailroom for all my work and personal shipping needs. Today was the last day I will use them. They did a good job for a while but they have really gone down hill the past 10 months. One employee raised there voice at me aggressively because I didn't request the correct form for UPS collect. I must preface this review with the fact that the individual I dealt with in the store was very friendly and kind. The reason for this low review is the prices. I had ship a item to California. I wanted to get the best deal. So, I called around to stores like FedEx, UPS, and looked online at USPS to see who offered the best deal. UPS had the better deal when I gave the dimensions of the box and weight-- $37 WITH a new box for extra protection . That seemed reasonable to me. If I could give them less than one star I would. The owner is a crazy woman who cursed me out because her worker gave me the wrong information regarding a delivery. Sorry but no business owner should tell any customer that she doesn't give a d**n about a package then yell f**k you to the customer. Horrible business!!
