Very knowledgeable and reasonable. They accurately diagnosed a 'clunking' sound coming from the front suspension (a known issue with some E46 BMW's). I knew I had the problem, but never got around to telling them...yet they actually notified me of the issue. Been taking my 2002 325i there for many years, they've always been spot on and reasonable.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE , VERY DISRESPECTFUL, RUDE, ARROGANT, CHARGES WAY TOOO MUCH, IF YOU GOT TO BRING YOUR CAR BACK TO THEM EXPECT EXTRA FEES AND THEM TALKING TO YOU LIKE YOU A CHILD, I RATHER PAY MORE ELSEWHERE THAN TO DEAL WITH THESE A-HOLES.
I've never had anything but a good experience with this place. They are always honest and open in my experience. I'm pleased to have them work on my Volvo every time it needs service!
WARNING – Second time I took my car for repairs. Yes, I know, I should have learned the first time the estimate was low, but it wasn't a huge difference and they seemed to be hard-working people. However, Upon the second visit, the estimate for BOTH time and money were WAY OFF. I was over-charged for labor by $370.00, that's quite a miss, and the explanation was it just took longer !
