Dr. Paulus was great. The ladies at the front desk however treat you like an inconvenience. I came back in for a explanation of my prescription and was treated terrible. One or the ladies who essentially starting raising her tone and arguing with me all because I couldn't understand her explanation. It had been 10 years since my last eye exam and I wanted someone to take their time with me so I felt comfortable. It is unfortunate because I did feel very confident with Dr. Paulus. My mom was treated with the utmost respect and kindness one could ask for . they went above and beyond to help her I will never forget and be forever grateful
