RecommendedVisiting from Canada, went in to get a 3 week pass, staff were very friendly and helpful. Very well equipped and set up facility; had a great first workout, even though it was busy; looking firward to further visits!

5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My husband and I are loving Teresa Karaviotis’ Spin Class on Wednesday mornings at 7am. It is a great way to burn 500 calories. She suggests wearing a heart monitor which we do. This helps us track our heart rate during class. Mahalo Teresa 🚴🏼♀️🎶💕🎶🚴🏼♀️we also started to lift weights after the class. We love Powerhouse Gym😘
I’m hooked!! Theresa’s spin class was super energetic. She kept us all going from all levels from start too finish with her positive attitude. You will definitely get a fun-philled cardio workout leaving you feeling better than you did before class.
I love Theresa’s spin classes! She puts her heart & soul into each class every time. I’m almost at the 3 year marker & I can sincerely say that her classes have changed my life. She genuinely cares about each of her students.
