Attended a Spin Class there with Jen Lauer while on vacation. High energy and great workout, she was outstanding and very nice.
Fully equipped old school gym. I enjoyed it. I thought $20 was a bit much for a day pass, however.

I’ve always had gym memberships in the past and I had a very hard time parting ways with LA Fitness on the mainland when we relocated to Maui. I’ve had a membership at Maui Powerhouse Gym for close to a year now. This is by far the best gym I’ve had a membership with. Plenty of classes to choose from, lots of equipment and friendly helpful staff. My favorite classes include Body 101 with Jen and the abs class with Ty. Happy to have found it. I highly recommend this gym.
