Horrible place and even worse staff.
Front desk accommodated us with free upgrade to larger on the 1st floor on our early check-in. Great for my 89 yo Mom with convenient access to parking area. Hotel restaurant had great breakfast choices of fresh fruit and pancake with Portuguese sausage. Waitress was very friendly and attentive.
I love the hotel and the location. The employees are so friendly and are very accommodating. I love the fact that the shuttle takes us places and if they can't take us they suggest other ways to get there. They recommend places of interest. I am happy I decided to come to Kahului and stayed in this hotel. Mahalo
RecommendedTerrible dirty rooms, broken bathroom door handle. AC filter needed to be changed called and the guy came up and hit the reset button and didn’t change the filter so the AC wasn’t working right. We checked out the one night we spent there was not worth it
No frills but the simple beauty by the ocean and friendly employees remind me of Hawaii 40 years ago well worth the price.
O love this hotel the staff was friendly the rooms was clean it a nice count yard good view of the bay
The room was clean and the hotel area was well kept. It is an older hotel, but that is the beauty of it. The shuttle service is amazing. The drivers are friendly and very helpful. Beautiful view from the hotel. I would recommend this hotel.
