The staff was great, Felipe did my check in and helped me with the tips for safe driving and how to best use my camper. Check out was great as well I didn't get the name but very helpful guy! The camper was new , the only reason for the 4 starts is the bed mattress, was terrible I booked a hotel the last day and returned the camper earlier because I couldn't anymore. I have traveled with campervan before and sept fine, maybe change the mattress? Then would be perfect experience all around!
Noella was extremely kind, highly professional, and always welcomed us with a smile.
The trip was awesome. Thanks to Noella who is verry kind and sweet, all was super easy for the give back of the camping car.
