Rented a Maui 6 berth and paid for 24hr roadside assistance. Van stopped working and Maui just used excuse after excuse to not send anyone. After about 20 calls and being forced to wait for days a mechanic showed up and said the van needed to be towed and was not safe. Maui said to disregard the mechanic and drive it and they would send a replacement to the next stop. Of course they didn’t so we had to drive a broken unsafe van I the outback. Fridge didn’t work and Maui said someone would come and fix it but no one came.
