Maui and his team were so helpful in the process of buying our first home. Maui was very communicative and gave us lots of insight specific to the Hood River market. He also did a great job of listening to us and getting a true sense of what we were looking for before taking us to look at homes. Because of that, we didn't feel like we spent time looking at homes that weren't right for us. The whole process was remarkably quick and easy. It was a joy working with him. Maui Meyer and his team handled our purchase perfectly. Within hours of finding the listing we submitted an offer (easily on my end through DocuSign) and then he navigated the negotiation like a pro, ultimately getting us to a contract within a couple of days. During due diligence he introduced me to the right resources while he and team also did their own due diligence to ensure all was clean with the home and property.
