Paid for 6 inches of concrete, They only poured 4 inches instead, even though I paid for 6 inches. Rebar wasn't tied down when concrete was poured as well as it wasn't lifted and the spacing was wider than expected. The rebar was just on the ground. I'm putting a hot tub down on this pad and I wanted it done right. Didn't think that was too much to ask. It seems like their strategy is 'ignore and pour'. Slow to respond on texts (if I get a response at all). Residential customers don't seem to be a priority to them.
They do not stand by their work, many of their reviews are suspicious as they say the same thing. They installed a pad for me for over $7,000 and it was very difficult to communicate with them. The pad cracked and now all of a sudden no one answers their phones or messages. They don't care what happens once they have your money. Do not recommend, look elsewhere.
Kiko and his crew did an AMAZING job!! They came over to quote us and were able to start the next morning! They gave us a really good price and were very quick and efficient! They are super friendly and we are very happy with the patio they did for us!
