Maug Cleaning is a 5 Star cleaning service. The professionalism of the staff is the best I've experienced in a cleaning company in 15 years. Their attention to detail is amazing and there is nothing missed when they leave. They are very accommodating to my out of town schedule and will reschedule to fit my needs as the customer. I have a naughty 8-year old lab who tore apart my Bota box of wine on our $700 rug. I soaked the stain and left it outside on the deck to dry only to have it get rained on for the next 24 hours. I called Travis Maug who was in the middle of moving his office from Osseo to Eau Claire. He stopped everything he was doing to come to my home, bring the soaking rug inside, suction vacuum the rain from it, and leave it to dry on his tarp with industrial fans he lent me to use until the rug is dry.
