Good customer service Jake and Shelby are amazing
Brought vehicle in for an oil change. It was brought in right away to the shop. 2 hours later still waiting for them to tell me my vehicle is ready. Spoke with the gal at the service counter to find out the status. She stated that the vehicle has been done for quite sometime and she is not sure how the ball got dropped. This has happened on a couple other appointments. Thought maybe it was just a training issue as there has been employee turnover around. Thought we could give it another chance.
