This is my second leased Equinox from Mauer Chevrolet. I worked with Chris Mulberry both times. He is very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Explained everything to me and answered all my questions. The financial gentleman was also very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He was a young man and I'm sorry I don't remember his name. I tell my friends to go to Mauer to get a vehicle. Great family friendly service.
Bought a certified truck in June. The sales process was ok. Selene was great on the test drive but was out ill for delivery. Kyle worked with us on delivery and seemed very disinterested and almost disgusted working with us. As time has gone on, we have come to realize the inspection performed as part of the certified process has been completely pencil whipped.
