I don't recommend selling your vehicle here. They act like they are up front in telling you will only get trade-in value. Cool, understood. They offered me $500 for my 2018 Premier Equinox and said it was because I needed a 5k transmission rebuild. Which honestly, if that were the truth, I agreed with their offer. On Friday Oct.10th, I had made an appt for 10am, I arrived at. 9:55am. The service tech took my truck in, I was not waiting for it at the dealership, so I left with the understanding they would call me when my truck was finished. No phone call at all. I arrived back at 3pm, asking if my truck was finished to find out they had not even done any work on it yet.
