Trax buyers beware. I purchased a Chevrolet Trax in June 2022 with 68,645 miles on it. Over the past 2.5 years, this vehicle has required over $15,000 in covered repairs, over $4,000 in uncovered repairs, and now a new engine at a cost of over $11,000. This despite the vehicle being well maintained and regularly serviced. After filing a complaint with Chevrolet Corporation, they offered financial assistance in the amount of $1,000 for a new engine. Mauer Main was a better experience than I've had at numerous other Chevy dealers. However it is still painful to go to any dealer. They are there to make money first then make sure the customer is happy second. You are really just a number in the long line of customers. I feel like I got a decent deal on my new truck purchase.
Went in to have a dashcam installed, and they did an awesome job. Very professional.
