I'm so glad I was able to try Maude before it closed. The vegetarian tasting menu was light yet filling with creative flavor and texture combinations—as a spice lover, I was so pleased to taste a bit of heat in some of the dishes! Loved the intimate setting and decor.

Superb place for well crafted food, so sad they're probably going to closed by the time you read this. That said, in the world of fine dining, while their craftsmanship is unquestioned, the food itself is sometimes just a bit too much style. It's almost a good problem as this is a rare place where its things like the garnish that are a bit too strong for the delicacy of the scallop, as opposed to places where it's too far the other way (where style is everything). We like to try Michelin Starred restaurants when we’re on vacation and this was our favorite place, so far. We were pleasantly surprised with every tasting and some dishes really knocked it out of the park. I would describe each dish but it’s a changing menu so it wouldn’t be helpful here. I was visiting here last summer, and I think they provide top tier services and foods for me. It’s one of my favorites restaurant. The food is very delicate and delicious. And the flavor is balanced, i remember the taste until now. The quail here is I feel most tender meat until now. And the presentation is great to see how chief to make these beautiful dishes. Hopefully I can get another chance to have it again.
