Are the employees being overworked? I'm not the only person who seems to have had the misfortune of encountering one of the Zantzinger work vehicle on the road. The driver was hunched over, on his phone, going under the speed limit, riding in the left lane for miles, drifting over the lane lines onto the shoulder and into the right lane.
