Dr. Chai is an excellent orthodontist! He is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about his patients. He takes the time to explain treatment options clearly and makes sure you feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout the process. The entire team is friendly, welcoming, and attentive. I highly recommend Dr. Chai to anyone looking for a skilled and caring orthodontist!
Staff was very nice and welcoming especially as a new adult trying to get braces, and as a current college student. Because of those factors I loved how easy it was to make a payment plan and how much is included with braces you are getting your bang for your buck. I also loved how structured the plan is for my treatment, it feels secure to know how, why, and when everything will be done with flexibility to your schedule.
