very pleased customer I'm gone from home a lot an when it comes to ordering flowers over the phone for my wife they do a wonderful job assisting me with my order. When she receive her delivery she's always extremly pleased.
Not for Wedding Flowers I had Matzke do the flowers for my wedding and was very dissapointed. About 2 weeks prior I could not get a hold of anyone about the final arrangements, and on the wedding day received 2 large arrangements in silk flowers when I ordered and paid for fresh flowers. Also the flowers were brought in too early and had wilted by the ceremony. The wilted flowers were replaced in time but had to be in a different color because they had run out of my original flower. All and All not a great expierence.
Ripped Off and Not Happy! Overpriced! I live in South Bend, In and have used Matzkes exclusively to send numerous fresh floral orders. NO MORE! My last order occurred Feb 7th for something NICE in a fresh bouquet for $50.00! The delivery destination is 3 blocks from their store, and I requested a Stock vase/container putting the majority of the $ in the flowers! They did "get" that correct with a clear glass utility vase; fine! However, there were ONLY three (3) stems of daisy pom pins, three (3) stems of miniature roses and... read more
Good florist Matzke is a great florist. Although the store is a little cramped for me, they do beautiful work. Their arrangements are always amazing. They will really work with you to get an arrangement that you like. Their prices are reasonable and they are very accomodating with delivery schedules and such. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!
