Chris The technician was great and knowledgeable. 5 stars. But their scheduling and customer service are severely lacking. Getting text confirmations and emails for 2 different times. Canceling appointments last minute. This has reoccured for several years.
I would like to give a 5 star because my service tech was really good but the lack of communication from the front office pertaining to my appointment was terrible. They failed to notify me that they were running about an hour late and nobody communicated this earlier in the day. The window they gave me was between 8 AM and 12 PM. At 12 PM. I called and wanted to know when I can expect someone and nobody communicated back to let me know. Not good
Austin came to my house today as I had an air-conditioning problem! The man had exceptional knowledge was very professional and did a great job resolving my issues.
Always impressed by how knowledgeable and friendly the service techs are. Great value.
