Jerry from Matula plumbing was cordial articulate and able to explain well in the Form easiest for a novice to understand No attempt to confound. This is the problem, this is how to fix it and is how much $ I can fix it for. Very reasonable. Couple this with the normal wackiness going on he was patient, even bemused. I stopped wringing my hands and on with the next puzzle. HANDLED !
