My main line was backing up because of tree roots and needed it cleared out. They post online that this service is $200 for the first hour and prorate the hourly cost after that at $150. The techs were at my house (pulling up and leaving time) for 59 minutes (found the footage on my doorbell camera). BUT we got billed $300! They state because of the 7-minute drive time they went over the hour and only prorate by half hour (so the bill is still $25 higher than what they post online)! We had a confusing and complicated sewer back up issue and were referred to Matt's Sewer and Drain by a past customer of his. We were HIGHLY impressed with the job they did! Let's just say that because of some challenges caused by the age of our house, distance to the sewer main, etc. we had the privilege to meet the whole Matt's Sewer and Drain team over a week or so period of time. This is how professional these people are. The company van was behind me going south on SW Folsom and he was following way too close and when I made a left hand turn he flipped me off. I called the company line and this driver answered and he claimed I cussed him out in his rear view mirror. I said nothing to him in my rear view mirror. He argued with me on this point then told to have a nice day and hung up on me. This is extremely unprofessional behavior and will hurt his business.

I was so thrilled with the way you all handled the backed up drain at my parents!!! You got there so fast!!! they were so happy with how you cleaned up and how polite you were!! Thank you so very much for everything!! Will recommend you in a HEARTBEAT!!
