I had excellent customer service and they stand by their work! I would definitely recommend them to anyone having computer/phone issues! Super nice to work with.
Matt overheard me discussing my dead iMac while we were both at City Hall. He suggested he could save my data and replace the hard drive. I dropped it off the next day. Today they called to tell they recovered my personal files. They can replace the hard drive, install the operating system and reload my account. I asked them to please do the work and I was so grateful. This is a heckuva lot cheaper than a new computer. #MattsComputersRock
The service was fantastic! I was unable to retrieve the files on my laptop, and they solved the problem in less than 24 hours. HP was unable to solve the problem after 2.5 days of hassle, but Matt’s Computer Repair got the job done in a very timely manner. It’s an added bonus that they are nice and have wonderful customer service.
