Excellent customer service! I purchased a part 17 months ago for my vehicle being restored. When the shop was ready to install the part, I was informed it could not be used. I contacted Matt's and explained the situation to Kim. Kim was very nice and professional. She contacted the seller and arranged for me to ship the part back for a replacement. Working with me to return a part after17 months, I could not believe. Excellent customer service!
Kim and Melissa are great to deal with . I've built many cars and never go anywhere else . They are truly the best in the business Shipping to Hawaii is not problem at all .They're willing to hold bulk of my parts until I'm ready , then ship the fastest and cheapest way . Thanks Guys !
