Terrible customer service. I called today around 5:30 PM, and the woman who answered sounded completely uninterested and unhelpful. She put me on hold three different times. Each time she came back, she would put me on hold again. Honestly, it felt like she was hoping I would just hang up. I have active orders with you and need important information, so I stayed on the line because I needed assistance.
