The owner of Matt's Casbah, Matt Nugnes, traveled extensively throughout his childhood, sampling dishes from cultures around the world. It's because of this that we've made it our mission to share unique, global flavors with everyone who visits his restaurant. Our dining room offers beautiful decor and a diverse menu of fine cuisine, all served in a casual and laid-back atmosphere. Love Matt's happy hour sushi...we went twice this week and had wonderful service and the food was so good along with the flavored saki and desserts yum. Keep up the Great quality of food and service. We also enjoyed the live music on the patio it was a perfect eve.

Hey, Tracey! Our sushi happy hour only ran through September, but we still have regular happy hour everyday from 11 AM to 7 PM.
Awesome atmosphere along with superlative service, Beautiful art displays and the best sushi town.
I love Matt's but was very disappointed to come today and you were closed. We always eat there on annual trip to Florida.

I ate here for the first time ever. Had 2 Sangria's and a cheeseburger with a combination of regular fries and sweet potato fries. Best damn cheeseburger I've had in a long time! The service was great! Loved the atmosphere and the over all feeling of just relaxing, dancing, dining and having a great time with my friends. I can't believe this Melbourne native has never been to Matt's before? Would definitely return for another great time!

Most horrible dining experience ever! You guys need to get a game plan! No drinks, alcohol and water, no food.... no smiles and no apologies!!!!

Would like to wish my amazing girlfriend a happy 30th birthday! Unfortunately with a seven o'clock reservation at Matt's Casbah we got our food at 9:00 not to mention the countless empty drinks, bugs in the wine, and hair in the spicy mayo. We just moved here and wanted to check out the downtown. Walking by and stopped to listen to the band. Lots of people on the patio enjoying themselves. Asked for a menu then decided to dine inside. (I expected to see typical bar food). Instead their bar food is definitely gourmet along with an extensive sushi menu, great wine list and a variety of house made desserts which are presented on a cart at your table.
