The owner of Matt's Casbah, Matt Nugnes, traveled extensively throughout his childhood, sampling dishes from cultures around the world. It's because of this that we've made it our mission to share unique, global flavors with everyone who visits his restaurant. Our dining room offers beautiful decor and a diverse menu of fine cuisine, all served in a casual and laid-back atmosphere. Of course the food is delicious. And the music, always the music... But it’s the crowd that gets me. A bunch of really friendly people surround you here. I’ll come back soon 🎶🦋🎶
Matt's casual yet sophisticated atmosphere has both relaxing and chill vibe. Some of my favorites are the garnet and gold roll, cerviche, the rising sun appetizer, and a margarita made with Casamigos tequila by Steve.
Great music. Cool atmosphere. Awesome food. Couldn’t ask for a better place to hang out on a Friday/Saturday night. The “Plum Passion” drink was out-of-this world SPECTACULAR !
First time and sure it will not be my last! Had a wonderful afternoon with my girl friend. The live music by Carl Lewis was so enjoyable to sit and listen to. The service was great and the food was too! Thank you Sonya for taking me there and yes! I will definitely join you again!!!
Somebody should write a song about this place. It Rocks.
Comfortable setting at the bar outside and the sushi me was very good. It was a little chilly and they had an outdoor heater that made it very cozy.
It’s a must on any trip to Melbourne. I make a point to include this stop every time I come visit family. Great for drinks, food is delicious and has a great vibe! Was there this Friday with friends from out of town made reservations because we were a large party. It was a perfect time and service!
