Very poor customer service! You are better off spending your hard earned dollars at a professional and customer driven establishment. Stay far away!
Matt is just wonderful. He has worked on vehicles for us in the past and is currently working on one now. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking for not just a good mechanic, but a great one, that is honest and down to earth.
If I could rate 0 stars I would!! I have taken BOTH my Mercury Mountaineer and my Ford Windstar to Matt. both have been there SEVERAL times to be fixed. Mountaineer - The rear end needed to be fixed - The first time I took it in the "fix" lasted 6 months and I had to take it back AGAIN! The second time it was fixed the "fix" only lasted 4 months. Probably the best experience I've ever had in coping with a repair to my truck. Matt immediately diagnosed the problem on our test drive together and repaired it within 24 hours. His prices were more than fair. Glad I found a repair service that I can count on to be affordable and timely and most importantly, one that finds and corrects the problem. Thanks to Matt and his team for a job well done.
Went to matt for a lot of major repairs for a car that me and my wife just bought.He was supposed to look it over thoroughly. $700 in repairs and failed to find something I caught, just at a glance, that is another major repair. We spent 700 on repairs and are now out of money to get the repair done. When I called matt, He said he checked it over and ir must be an optical illusion! Will not ever take my car back here even if he offers to fix it for free!
