Deana was friendly and knowledgeable about the product. She listened to our complaints about waking up with aches and pains in our bodies which continued throughout the day. Had a great buying experience in the McKinney store. Todd is great, patient and knowledgeable and willing to let you take your time deciding whether to purchase or not. I did make a purchase and Todd even rearranged his delivery schedule to get my purchase delivered today. I’m sleeping on a new mattress purchased today. Spoke to John in the Sherman store today also. Actually also talked to Dena from the Denison store. All great people willing to let you be the customer and make the best decision for yourself.

Needed a twin bed box springs and memory foam mattress in a hurry. Got a better deal than we found either online or at Sam’s or Costco.
