I purchased a few mattresses from this place before and I came back again for 2 mattresses for my kids. I don't know the name of the person who sold me the mattresses but he is a really kind and helpful guy, we were checking some options and he didn't offer us want will give him more profit, instead he advised an option that will work for my kids and was budget friendly. He delivered it on time to my place early morning.
I had the worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered with this store. I purchased two mattresses that were sold to me with a 10-year warranty. Within just a few months, one mattress lost its shape completely. They replaced it, but the replacement was even worse — it tilted to one side whenever someone lay on it.
