Walked in and wasn't hassled or rushed by sales persons... I was able to walk around at my own leisure and see what they had as I tried out the different mattresses... Everything I wanted was in stock and available for next day delivery... Ryan was a huge help, he helped me every step of the way (especially with my thousand questions). I am happy with my purchase and will continue to do business with American Freight of Merrillville, IN
This place sucks . Horrible customer service forgot my box spring pieces of the end table were missing so I can put it together. Missing pieces for mirror to be put on . Charging that much money for delivery for you to bring in boxes . Y’all need to be shut down .

See everyone wants you to go with your "own" people but it be your own that fuck you ever time. My husband and I just bought some living room furniture from American freight furniture store in Merriville, IN. They quoted that the furniture would be delivered by 5pm...it's currently 7:12 and we have no furniture yet. The driver calls me saying, "Do you still want your furniture today?" Then when I say yes, he says, "okay do you have our fee when we get there?'....ohhhhhhh nigga you think you still getting paid and my shit isn... read more
We buy all of our bigger furniture here. Excellent service and pretty decent prices.
Came in for a decent mattress. The staff was helpful and friendly. Prices are pretty good.
