Buying a mattress here was really easy and the delivery was very fast (thanks Dominique!). I had some issues when I tried to exchange my mattress under their policy, and three employees were very unhelpful, but then Paul showed up and made the exchange happen seamlessly and patiently. Five stars for Paul!
