We had an amazing experience buying a new king sized mattress! Dominique was incredibly helpful and got us a great price on our mattress and pillows. She knew exactly what we were looking for, even before we did! I highly recommend Mattress Warehouse.
Dominique was fantastic! First of all, she listened. I came in looking for a different brand to support sustainability. Mattress Warehouse didn't sell them, but Dominique showed me another made with 70% sustainable materials. 👌🏾 She was knowledgeable about all the different beds and their features. And best of all, she was NOT pushy! I left with a great bed, a fancy frame and a fair price. Score!

I ordered a mattress during the Black Friday sale and the delivery date was for December. I reached out after not receiving nay updates on my order and was then informed that my mattress would arrived on 1/1/26. It's now past the date and I have tried following up but no one is responding. Very disappointed.
