Steve was great. He didn't try to sell me something expensive. In fact, he helped me out with a discount because I was moving to a new apartment in the area. He worked within my budget, and the quality is terrific.
We just purchased a new king mattress and box spring set from The Mattress Warehouse in Bridgeville and were extremely pleased with the overall experience. Steve Kennedy, the store manager, was very knowledgeable and customer focused. He quickly helped us choose a mattress that met our needs at a great price and even arranged for next day delivery. We are so glad The Mattress Warehouse was the first and only stop on our search for a new mattress!
Didn’t have original mattress I was looking at so ordered a more pricey mattress they did had. Set up a delivery for 1 week later and mattress didn’t come in in that week but got no phone call and was waiting around on expected delivery day with old mattress already in hallway waiting to be taken away. Had to call them to find out new mattress wouldn’t be delivered today. Cancelled order and got same mattress cheaper and more quickly delivered from Amazon. Never coming here again.
