Tiffany definitely went the extra mile. We were looking for a bed for our guest room. I like a firm bed and was looking to spend less than $1,000.00. Tiffany asked if I was comfortable with a returned item and I was. I got a nice queen size with the box spring for less than $1,000. Thank you Tiffany for all your help and diligence.
We enjoyed dealing with Mattress firm. The associate Tiffany in Mansfield she had did everything she could to make us satisfied and comfortable in buying a mattress. She was very knowledgeable with all the different mattress we tried out in the store. If she did not know answer she used her resources to get the answer. Tiffany was very welcoming and kind. We had issue with first bed and we had went back in to pick different mattress I believe we made right choice and look forward to dealing with Tiffany in the future.

Very friendly and knowledgeable sales expert. She was very helpful with the small details (demo on mattress cover choices and importance of sheets with straps), professional and down to earth. We upgraded to a king Tempurpedic Adjustable bed, but wanted to compare to Sealy/Serta without going to multiple stores. Highly recommend!
Sales lady was awesome and listened to what I asked. I was in and out like I wanted with exactly what I wanted.
